Frequently Asked Questions

I can't sign in to the app

Make sure you're using the username, password, and server address provided by your organisation's IT administrator. If you recently changed your password on the web portal, sign out of the app and sign back in with the new credentials. If the problem continues, contact ucsupport@go.com.sa with your organisation name and the error message you see.

I'm not receiving incoming call notifications

If calls still don't come through, email us with your device model and OS version.

Call audio is choppy, delayed, or drops

Poor call quality is usually caused by an unstable network connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, moving closer to your Wi-Fi router, or connecting to a different network. If the issue persists on multiple networks, let us know the date, time, and extension involved so we can investigate on the server side.

How do I update my contact list or extension settings?

Your directory, extension, and call-forwarding settings are managed by your organisation's UCaaS administrator through the Go Ucaas portal. Please reach out to your internal IT/telecom team to request changes.

How do I delete my account or data?

Since your account is provisioned by your employer's organisation, account deletion requests should go through your organisation's IT administrator. For questions about data we hold directly, email ucsupport@go.com.sa.
